After a life-changing event, I decided I wanted my workdays to be about doing what I love and helping others. With a lot of support and encouragement Heat and Eat was born.
John joined Heat and Eat in 2020 bringing a wealth of cooking and restaurant experience. Our shared passion for cooking and commitment to making every dish be our absolute best was a perfect match.

It is very important to me to support other local businesses and farms and do my best to shop for my ingredients locally whenever possible.
Because fruits and vegetables taste best in the season they are meant to be grown, this will be reflected in my recipes.
We love a variety of food from a variety of cultures. My menus will have recipes from all over the world. I love to share flavors and foods you might not otherwise have tried.
