Meals from the refrigerator.
Ideally you want to Heat your meals to just hot enough. Too long heating will result in meals being dry or tough.
Each microwave is different so I recommend starting with one minute, check your meal. Cover should be vented or off. Add 30 seconds till desired temperature. Heating slowly is best. Especially soups and dishes with sauces.
If meals are frozen the best way is to take them out the night before and place them in the fridge overnight.
If heating directly from the freezer use the same method as above. Start with 2 minutes instead of one.
Take meals out of the plastic container and put in an oven safe container,Cover the dish with Foil. Oven preheated 325-350. Lower temp less risk of drying out the dish. 8-20 minutes
Is a great way to reheat meals. Set Air fryer to 350-400, take meals out of plastic containers. Heat for approx. 3-4 minutes
Meals are good in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
